I stumbled across this series by randoming reading the 2nd book (The Seventh Sister) and felt the urge to continue and now that I'm done with the last book, I will admit that I'm kind of disappointed with how everything went down between Zill and her bond, I guess I was hoping to read more about the Wek or read more viewpoints from the other characters. I still loved how the books link together and I am hoping to read the next book since I didn't know it was going to end the way it did.

Excelent read but lack of proof reading spoiled it for me

I've now read all 5 books in this series back to back, they are all excellent. This last one has bought all the others together and left me eagerly awaiting book 6.

The one fault is the lack of proof reading, it does seem to be worse in this one. Why can't the author spend a little time to do this? If it had been done I would have awarded full marks but it was really getting on my nerves by the time I finished the book.

I loved this series and can't wait for the next book Please hurry I've got to see what happens to the 7 sisters and their bonds (all of whom are hunks!!!) Write fast and well I only know a little about the last 2 sisters and need MORE!!!! (I won't be a spoiler - read them all for yourselves - They are worth the time!!!

About the Author

Ian R. A. MacKay has been teaching general acoustics and the acoustics of speech to future speech-language pathologists and audiologists, as well as to students of Linguistics and Psychology, for several decades. Over this same time period, he has been teaching phonetics and speech production (speech science in its various manifestations). His research interests include the phonological acquisition of a second language (the learning of the sound system of a second language). He has recently become interested in issues in the biological evolution of the human capacity for speech and language. MacKay is the author of two editions of a general phonetics textbook, the first edition entitled Introducing Practical Phonetics, and the second, much revised edition entitled Phonetics: the Science of Speech Production. MacKay has degrees in Linguistics and Speech Science. He lives with his wife Jo-Anne and an aging standard poodle.

This is an excellent book for all the people working with postharvest diseases of fruits and others comodities. The book also brings an extensive amount of information on the biology and management of many plant pathogenics microorganism and the principes and practices to implement an integrated program to reduce the negative impact of postharvest diseases, focusing in the developing of effective management systems. The protocols for basic techniques and methods are very useful and didactics and easy to implement for different fruits and vegetables. Its a great investment for plant pathologist and packinghouse managers.
